As we know from the pile-up of leaks and certification that followed the Key2 unveiling, Blackberry could be launching a cheaper variant of the Key2 in a very short time. Dubbed the Key2 LE, the device has been tipped to arrive later this month, and now, Blackberry has released a “Save the Date” invite for August 30 in Berlin as part of its IFA 2018 briefing.
The invite first obtained by thenextweb, is just that – a save the date invite as it hasn’t revealed anything by way of what we should expect on the said date. Having said that, there are several possible devices that could see the light of the day at the IFA event.

Recall, that the company launched the BlackBerry Motion in October last year, so it’s due for a refresh, and the August 30 event might just be the launch pad for the Blackberry Motion 2. The Blackberry Evolve could be making its international debut, while the Blackberry Key2 LE might just be the star of the day.
