Meizu has been working on two device – the Meizu M8c and Meizu M8c Lite to be launched soon in the coming weeks. We haven’t covered a lot of the device and there is also not a wealth of official info surrounding the new smartphone. However, it looks like the Meizu M8 Lite has received TENAA certification today. The handset is an Android Go device from the company and that is precisely what is now cleared by the telecom regulator of China.
Gizchina News of the week
The Meizu M816Q seems to be a low-end device from what tipsters have revealed about it in the past weeks. TENAA’s documents usually enlist a device completely in black and that is part of why we can’t glean the complete look of the handset. Now TENAA certification confirms that the specs are of an entry level device. To disperse doubts, this model M816Q is unlikely to be Meizu X8. That’s because that has a notch and the image here doesn’t show one. Also, Meizu M816H was certified recently at the EEC with the Meizu M8 Lite branding. Hence, M816Q could be the Chinese variant of that. That said take a look at the specs revealed below.
