In Q4 2017, red smartphones became so popular that every manufacturer wanted to have a red version either at launch or after launch. We actually thought that this trend will continue in 2018 but that has not been the case and we have not had as many red smartphones as we anticipated. Now, XiaomiIndia has announced on twitter that the red version of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro will be released in India tomorrow. This smartphone is consistent with the Redmi Note 5 Pro released in February and the only change is the colour.

As of now, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is available in multiple colours which include Black, Blue, Gold, and Rose Gold but you can be sure that the red colour is always very attractive. Xiaomi is getting set to unveil a new smartphone in the Redmi series. The company has already sent out invites for its September 6 event although we dont know what to expect exactly. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is equipped with a 6-inch FHD+ display and its lights are kept on by a decent 4000 mAh battery. It comes with a 12MP + 5MP dual rear camera coupled with a 20MP selfie shooter.
