A couple weeks back wearables manufacturer Zeblaze announced the Zeblaze Vibe 3 HR, the new iteration of the successful Zeblaze Vibe 3. The two watches aren’t that similar though as the name would imply, in fact, the presence of an HR monitor is only one of the differences between the two. So we decided to quickly compare the two to clear up some minds.
Watch faces
On the original Zeblaze Vibe 3 it’s not possible to change the watch face, you have one and that stays there forever, just like older sports watches. Meanwhile on the Zeblaze Vibe 3 HR, there’s a more modern display that allows users to customize the clock face with different options.
Battery
The Vibe 3 uses a standard button battery which you can purchase and replace it by
yourself when it dies. The newer Vibe 3HR instead uses a normal lithium battery we find in electronics which you can charge through the magnetic charging cable it comes with.

Alert type
The Zeblaze Vibe 3 could only display alerts through a ceramic buzzing mechanism, meanwhile the Vibe 3HR is able to vibrate just like a smartphone, which is much more noticeable.
Heart Rate
Finally, the most obvious one: the Vibe 3 doesn’t sport and heart rate monitor, while the Vibe 3 HR does. Allowing you to check your pulse throughout the entire day.
We hope we cleared things up a little bit now. If you want to get the older Zeblaze Vibe 3 you can do so over here for $25.99. Meanwhile the Zeblaze Vibe 3 HR is a little pricier at $34.99 but it does also pack more features.
