Full Redmi Note 6 Pro with Snapdragon 636 leaks on YouTube

Update: The video has been taked down but we have salvaged a few images from the clip which we post below.

As far as leaks for the Redmi Note 6 Pro are concerned, this is the biggest one. While we’ve seen a number of tips surrounding the rumoured handset including live images, this long YouTube video gives the Note 6 Pro a full dressing down. It’s from a Pakistani video maker who has gotten his hands on a fully functional Note 6 Pro unit quite early. It has everything you would want to know about the phone. So, keep in mind, you might not be interested in the launch event after watching this.

Gizchina News of the week

The leaked video seems quite legit and we can see a 6.26-inch Full-HD+ display on it with a notch. That’s the biggest physical change you’ll see on the Note 5 Pro successor and probably the only one. Apart from that, the whole design is completely the same. There are fewer changes in the key hardware components as well. The YouTuber reports that his unit has a Snapdragon 636 inside, the exact same one as on the Note 5 Pro. The only big change seems to be on the camera as it is a dual camera setup – 20MP + 2MP. There’s Android Oreo with MIUI as usual. Maybe we could see MIUI 10. The unit in the video is a 4GB +64GB version. in Blue colour.

Well, we’re quite speechless with this new leaked video. It’s almost similar to the way the POCO F1 leaked ahead of time. This is also probably the leak to end all leaks of the Note 6 Pro. We’ve not yet heard about any official launch event for the device but considering the unit seen in the video, it will not take much time.
