At the Meizu Technology Conference this afternoon, a new acoustic product was released in addition to a couple of smartphones. After announcing the Meizu LIVE Four Unit Iron Headphone For 1599 Yuan ($234), Meizu brought an EP52 Lite sports Bluetooth headset, which is designed for the younger folks. The neck hanging design is magnetic and it comes with a three-button remote control. The EP52 Lite is lightweight with a 2.3g single-sided headphone weight.
In terms of acoustic performance, the specially designed 10mm bio-diaphragm (dynamic coil) is wrapped in the earphone cavity, and the sound cavity structure is specially optimized. The impedance is 32 ohms and the frequency response range is 20 Hz~20 kHz. The call function features an omnidirectional MEMS microphone and it also uses a software algorithm for noise reduction.

The general design of the Meizu EP52 Lite Sports Bluetooth Headset uses an ultrasonic assembly technology. It comes with a TPE skin-friendly wire, IPX5-grade waterproofing which prevents it from damage when sweating and during rainy weather. In terms of transmission, it supports Bluetooth 4.2 standard over a 10-meter distance.
The Meizu EP52 Lite Sports Bluetooth Headset comes with a 100 mAh battery which offers 8 hours music playback time, 200 hours standby time and a 90-minute charging time.
