Meizu is on the roll, the Chinse firm just released a plethora of smartphones, power bank, Bluetooth headset and more. Alongside a new paint job of the Meizu 16, the firm also announced the long-rumored Meizu 16X mid-ranger as well as the entry level Meizu V8. Available in black and gold color options, the Meizu V8 is made of polycarbonate body fitted with a 5.7-inch In-cell display with HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio, while it is powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.

The V8 has a single 13- and 5-megapixel shooters on the front and back, respectively, while it is powered by a 3200mAh battery.
The Meizu V8 Pro, on the other hand, is virtually the same as the base V8, but with a metal body construction, a dual 12-megapixel rear camera, 5-Megapixel front camera, 4 + 64GB RAM and storage combination, and a 3,100mAh battery.
The Meziu V8 with 3GB is priced at 799 Yuan/ $116, while the pro variant with 4GB RAM will go for 1098 Yuan/ $160.
If the bezelles are small this is a budget winner.
