Xiaomi India announces Xiaomi Mi A2 Red color variant, to go on sale Sept. 20


Months after releasing the  Xiaomi Mi 6X Red color edition in China, Xiaomi India has today announced that the Xiaomi Mi A2 which is the India variant of the Mi 6X will soon be made available in Red color in India. Breaking the news on Twitter, Xiaomi India says the Xiaomi Mi A2 Red color edition will go on sale in India tomorrow September 20 via Mi.com and on Amazon.in at Rs. 16,999/ $235.

Nothing changes, not even the price, the Mi A2 Red color edition remains the same as the Mi A2, except that the new color variant has ditched the white bezel for a black bezel on the front.

The new Xiaomi Mi A2 Red color edition is the fourth color option available for the Mi A2, after the launch of the device in Black, Gold and Blue color options. The Mi A2 is currently available in India via Mi.com and Amazon.in in 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant and is priced at Rs. 16,999, while the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage is yet to find its way to the Indian market.
