The Nubia Z18S is possibly one of the most awaited smartphones from ZTE since it’s arrival. The handset will debut with not a single, but with a dual-screen design. The device has been a target of multiple leaks in the past week, starting from the complete list of specs which got leaked thanks to TENAA. Today, the listing got updated with a couple of pictures of the handset.
According to the data given by TENAA, this smartphone will sport a main screen with 6.26-inch with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The secondary rear display is a 5.1-inch display with 1520×720 pixels of resolution and the 19:9 aspect ratio as well. The main display is OLED, while the second is a simple LCD panel.
The dual-screen smartphone will not be a simple attempt to steal customers attention, it will really come to compete on the flagship segment. Under the hood, it has the Snapdragon 845 processor that will come paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. The storage will also be divided into two variants with 64GB or 128GB, respectively.
Gizchina News of the week
In the camera department, the smartphone will boast a dual-setup with 24MP + 16MP. The lights will be kept by a 3,800mAh battery. Sadly, the smartphone will ship with Android 8.1 Oreo out-the-box, which basically means that it will arrive outdated in terms of software.
The handset will measure 1 x 73.30 x 8.65 and weighs at 176g, considering the specs, battery and the dual-displays we can say that it’s a lightweight device. Last, but not least, the Nubia Z18S is set to debut an 18W super fast charging.
With this package of specs, ZTE is keen to reconquer customer’s trust and its space in the competitive smartphone segment.
