Not yet announced but already noted, the scores of DxOMark on the photo and video qualities of several smartphones announced in the coming weeks appeared before the official presentations, including Pixel 3, Mate 20 Pro and OnePlus 6T.
Passing DxOMark tests has become a habit for several smartphone manufacturers who does not hesitate to draw the score obtained in the official presentation of their new product when it suits them.
This was the case for Huawei and its P20 and especially P20 Pro who took the lead last April and has not let go since. Will the new models of October change the game?
It seems that yes if we believe a list of DxOMark scores leaked on the Web and indicating the results of several smartphones not yet announced. The Huawei P20 Pro, with its 109 points will be dethroned by the Huawei Mate 20 Pro at 116 points.
Gizchina News of the week
Like the P20 Pro, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro will offer three photo sensors on the back but gathered in a square (by adding the flash) versus a vertical arrangement on the P20 Pro.
On Twitter, the leaker Ice Universe is already saying that the Mate 20 Pro photo quality will force Samsung and Apple to question themselves next year.
If we believe the results of this list, the Huawei P20 Pro will resist however against the Huawei Mate 20 and Pixel 3, both has 107 points, these two smartphones positioning themselves above the recent iPhone XS and XS Max (104 points each).
In the list also appears the OnePlus 6T which has a score of 99 points, slightly higher than the 96 points of OnePlus 6. There are also other non-advertised smartphones like the Honor V20 and the Meizu 16 Plus.
