We’ve already seen the “Unlock the Future” sentence in the leaked retail box. Today, however, we suppose that the company has chosen this teaser to advertise the in-display fingerprint scanner, one of the OnePlus 6T highlights.
Gizchina News of the week
Leaked specs for the smartphone include the Snapdragon 845 paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of Storage. The smartphone will boast a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 2340×1080 pixels of resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. Instead of the conventional notch debuted in the OP6T, the company will introduce a waterdrop shaped notch, which is more elegant.
Previously, the smartphone was expected to come with a triple-camera setup, but the latest leaked renders revealed a device with the same dual-camera setup of OnePlus 6. On the front, the device will carry a single 24MP snapper. To fuel all this house of specs the handset will carry a 3700mAh battery. The device will be pre-installed with Android Pie based OxygenOS.
Since the device will be released on October 17th, we expect to keep seeing more leaks and “teasers” in the upcoming days.
