HMD Global has an event scheduled for the next week on October 4. We’re not sure of what the company will announce during the event, but what we know is that they’ve two handsets under the Nokia 7.1 series to release.
Yesterday, TENAA listing has revealed the complete list of specifications featured by the Nokia 7.1 Plus. Today the Chinese regulatory agency has uploaded the listing for the non-Plus model, the Nokia 7.1.
Apparently, the Nokia 7.1 will pack a dual camera setup on the rear with 13MP + 2MP sensors. Also, on the rear, we can find the device’s fingerprint scanner. This non-Plus model will not feature a notch, in counterpart to the Nokia 7.1 Plus.
Gizchina News of the week
TENAA listed a 2.2GHz Octa-Core processor for the handset, just like the Plus variant. This chipset is likely to be the Snapdragon 710, but we’ll have to wait until the release for a confirmation. The device will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.
Another variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage is likely to come as well. Both variants will sport a large 6.2-inch display with 2,246 x 1080 pixels of resolution. Selfie lovers will have a pleasant experience with a 20MP snapper. Last, but not least, the device will be fueled by a 3,400mAh battery.
