Samsung Galaxy A6s Appears on TENAA, no AMOLED Display

Samsung Galaxy A6s

A couple days back we reported that one of the more rumored about Samsung phones was going to be unveiled under the moniker Samsung Galaxy A6s. Well, today that news is almost confirmed by China’s phone discovery site, we’re obviously talking about TENAA.

According to the website, a new phone with the name code SM-G6200 has indeed been listed. In the listing, we do not learn too much about the handset, yet, it’s enough to speculate a little about its supposed specs.

On the upcoming mid-ranger we expect to find a homemade Samsung Exynos 7885 octa-core CPU just like the one equipped on the Samsung Galaxy A8; alternatively it could be a Snapdragon based chipset such as Galaxy’s A7.

From TENAA we also learn that the handset will be packing 6GB of RAM with storage going from 64GB to 128GB (expandable via microSD). In the photography department we find a dual camera setup placed vertically comprised of two MP shooters, meanwhile on the front we find a 5MP sensor for selfies.

Other specs on the Samsung Galaxy A6S include a 5.99-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 and an 18:9 ratio, we will have a 156.1 x 76.4 x 8.4mm body,  four color variants including Black, Red, Blue and Pink, and a 3300mAh capacity battery.

We expect the Samsung Galaxy A6S to be unveiled very soon, possibly in October.
