After the good success of the Sony Xperia XZ3 flagship phone launched a couple weeks back, the Japanese tech giant appears to be really close to launch another pretty interesting mid-range phone, namely called Sony Xperia XA3.
The video leaked today is pretty straight forward and shows the upcoming phone in a 3D render based on CAD data. Let’s check it out down below:
Gizchina News of the week
As we can see in the video, Sony appears to bring the dual camera setup on the back to the less premium XA series along with a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-placed fingerprint scanner, two features sadly missing on the more high-end XZ3.
The smartphone then packs an USB Type-C port at the bottom and two grills on its sides, which means stereo speakers is a possibility, but one of the two is more likely to be used as microphone in.
From a previous TENAA listing we also know some more specs about the handset, such as its exact size: 155.7 x 68.3 x 8.4mm (8.9mm with the camera hump), it’ll sport a 5.9-inch display with Full HD (1080 x 2160) resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio, and it’ll be fueled by a Snapdragon 660 CPU along with 6GB of RAM.
