OnePlus 6T Phone Cases Leaked, is this the Final Design?

OnePlus 6T Case

Rumors and leaks about the upcoming OnePlus 6T will apparently keep coming up until the official launch, which is set to happen on October 17th. So, what’s today’s “leak”? Well, as it happens very often, cases designed for the handset have been released to the public, confirming pretty much everything we knew about the 6T’s looks.

As you can see in the image above and those below. OnePlus’ next flagship will be sporting a water-drop styled notch at the front and a very slim bezel at the bottom, though it’s still there.

Moving to the back of the case, we find what’s probably a more interesting detail for some, the lack of an opening for the fingerprint scanner. The OnePlus 6T is indeed going to sport an under display scanner, which shouldn’t be a hard task for the phone maker considering that its sister (Oppo and Vivo) have already a quite large portfolio of handsets equipped with the technology.

Sadly, the images of the cases confirm another well known rumor about the device: it won’t have a 3.5mm audio jack. It’s really hard to tell right now if the lack of this component will bring down sales for the handset, but we can definitely say it won’t help the smartphone standout from the competition.

If you already plan on getting the phone no matter what, check out the cases below produced by Olixar.

According to GSMArena, they are going to stick with the older charging tech too 🙁 Losig the 3.5mm port is bad enough, but 50w charging would have swayed me in to purchasing it. I’m not sure now.

Does it matter if the phone is charged in 60 or in 70min? It will have a in display fingerprint scanner and a biger battery. Thats some great news i think!
