Just like the Pixel 3 which has been seen in a Hong Kong store, the new Pixel Slate has been leaked today. As suggested by previous leaks, the device seems to be a tablet that will be part of the same family of products with Chrome OS as the Pixel Book.
While the Pixel Book is a convertible with a rotating keyboard, the Slate makes use of a removable keyboard case. The case has round type keys, which seem to be a little more consistent than those we usually find in this type of keyboards.
There is also an integrated trackpad, which places it ahead of the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Tab. The tablet seems to work also with the Pixel Book Pen.
There is a dedicated key on the accessory to launch Google Assistant. The top part of the accessory covers the back of the Pixel Slate and it can be folded so that the device can be used as a laptop.
There is not much more information although the images show front and rear cameras, front speakers and a USB-C port and appears to be missing a headphone jack.
