Three new Vivo smartphones with the model numbers Vivo V1818A, V1818T, and V1814T have just surfaced on TENAA. We say three, but the V1818A and V1818T are essentially identical in terms of specs, while the V1814T is a completely different model. So, what’s exactly up with these new listings, and is there anything interesting about them?
For the V1818A and V1818T, we’ve got a 6.22-inch 720 x 1520 IPS display with a thick cin and a teardrop notch. Both run an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.95 GHz, which is probably MediaTek’s Helio P60. This is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, and there’s expandable storage here too, it takes microSD cards of up to 256GB.
A dual-camera setup sits behind the device, with a 13MP main camera and a 2MP secondary one for depth sensing. The front camera on the other hand is a single 8MP unit. Keeping things going is a 3,935mAh battery, which is a fairly decent size. Both come with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, with FunTouch on top as per usual.

On the other hand, the V1814T comes with a bigger 6.41-inch display and higher resolution FHD+ 1080 x 2340 display. Despite that, the battery is actually smaller at just 3,300mAh battery. The processor is the same, but the V1814T 6GB + 128GB instead. Finally, we’ve got a different dual camera setup with a 12MP + 5MP pair on the back.
Overall, there’s not really anything too interesting here, though these are some solid mid-rangers. Nothing special, but they’re acceptable enough. What are your thoughts though? Tell us what you think about these devices down in the comments section below.
