Chinese manufacturer, Meizu, will release its upcoming smartphone, Meizu Note 8, on October 25th. This smartphone which is also known as “national camera phone” has some good low-light camera samples. However, current information suggests that Meizu will no longer release this smartphone offline. An official announcement from the company this afternoon shows that it will now release the Note 8 online. Nevertheless, the release date remains the same. Meizu sincerely apologized for any inconvenience.
This change was as a result of some issues with the conference venue. Meizu will also announce the Meizu X8 on the same day – now online. The time for the online broadcast is 19:30 Chinese time. The company will use ver 40 platforms for the live broadcast of this conference. Some of the platforms are including Meizu official website, Tencent News, Netease News, Sina Technology and Handan. From previous reports, Meizu Note 8 will come with a 6.0-inch 2160×1080 full-screen. The screen aspect ratio will be 18:9 while the dimension is 153.64 × 75.56 × 7.95mm. It weighs about 168g. This smartphone will be available in black, red, blue, and colour options.

This smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. In the camera department, we have a 12MP+8MP dual rear camera setup on the rear while the front has another 8MP shooter. The lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 3500 mAh battery. The official pricing of this smartphone has not been made known. Therefore, speculations have it that this device should cost between 1000 yuan – 1500 yuan ($145 – $217).
