Chinese manufacturers, Huawei and ZTE are two companies that are struggling with the US market. While Huawei has not been able to officially enter the US, ZTE’s situation is quite different. ZTE’s mobile phone was present in the US carrier market and it had up to 10% of the market share. At a time, it ranked fourth in the United States. However, after its violation of the US trade ban with Iran, the company fell down. ZTE was banned in the US, its business plunged and TCL/LG rose up to fill the void.
Nevertheless, after the lifting of the ban, ZTE is trying to revert its sales situation in the US market. Recently, ZTE released two new smartphones to its US consumers – ZTE Blade MAX 2s and ZTE Blade Max View.
