Galaxy S10 is Expected To Launch with 7nm Exynos Chip and Dual-Core NPU


According to the latest rumors coming from an insider of the smartphone industry, it seems that Samsung is planning to equip its newt flagship smartphone with a new Exynos 7nm processor with a dedicated Dual NPU that will challenge the Kirin 980 of Huawei. Samsung could launch the new Exynos chip for the Samsung Galaxy S10.

To date, only Apple and Huawei have presented solutions with a Neural Engine Unit, the Chinese company has launched the new Mate 20 series with the Kirin 980, the first module in the world with double NPU. It seems that Samsung intends to follow the footsteps of the rival and it is working on a new Exynos that should see the light on the future Galaxy S10.

According to what is reported by the leaker Ice Universe, it will be the next Exynos 9820. Above all, the photographic sector will benefit from the new Dual NPU that will be used for AI purposes such as speech recognition and advanced treatment of images with deep learning
