Recently, Madhav Sheth, (Realme CEO) announced on Twitter that Realme might increase the price of their smartphones once Diwali is over and now Realme 2 price is already bumped about Rs 500 ~ and that of Realme C1 has gone up by Rs 1000. Also, the latest release – Realme 2 Pro – was also expected to get hiked, however, that didn’t happen thankfully. Sheth has denied reports of a hike in Realme 2 Pro prices thus confirming that prices of the handset will not be rise due to a tumbling rupee. Furthermore, he addressed this on twitter about the latest hikes saying that Realme has kept their target set on low budget phones but as the Rupee is getting beaten against the Dollar they are compelled to increase the price.
