Samsung will present the Galaxy S10 processor next week

A few months before the announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S10 and its variants, Samsung Exynos, the subsidiary in charge of its SoC, announced that its new chip will be unveiled on November 14.

Probably we have to wait more than three months before discovering the next high-end smartphone of Samsung, the Galaxy S10, but now we should have some information about it next week.

In a tweet posted online this Friday, Samsung Exynos, the branch of the Korean manufacturer in charge of its processors, announced that the next Exynos chip would be announced on November 14, next Wednesday, with the slogan ” the next Exynos”. Everything leads to believe that this will be the presentation of the Exynos 9820, which will be the successor of the 9810.

The Exynos 9820 should be shipped on the three future Samsung Galaxy S10 international variants, while Samsung incorporates Qualcomm chips into its US models. According to information from the Ice Universe Twitter account, the chip should be equipped with an dual NPU to locally manage the calculations related to deep learning. This is all we know about the Exynos 9820. However it is expected that it also benefits from a 7 nm engraving, like the Huawei Kirin 980 and Apple A12 .
