New Nokia 106 feature phone launched


HMD Global has introduced the new feature phone Nokia 106. This is a budget model with only basic functions and even without a camera.

As a main feature, the manufacturer promotes long battery life on one battery charge. The battery holds for 15.7 hours of talk time and almost 21 days in standby mode. The phone uses a removable battery with a capacity of 800mAh. Under the battery there is a slot for two Mini-SIM cards.

The phone received a QQVGA display with a diagonal of 1.8 inches and an FM radio, though you need a 3.5 mm headset to use it. Nokia 106 can save 2,000 contacts and 500 text messages. The phone has the classic game ā€œSnakeā€ (Snake Xenzia) pre-installed, as well as trial versions of Nitro Racing, Danger Dash, Tetris and some other games. There is also a built-in flashlight.

The phone has dimensions of 111.15 x 49.5 x 14.4 mm and weighs 70.2 g. TheĀ Nokia 106 (2018) comes inĀ Dark Grey color and it will go on saleĀ starting next week for a global average retail price of $20.
