Many know the brand VIVO by its top-end smartphones such as the VIVO NEX or VIVO X series models. But this company has tons of handsets made for the mid-range or low-end markets. Two of them are the VIVO V11 and the VIVO V11i. Today, these two were officially announced in Taiwan.
The VIVO V11 and V11i use 3D glass with metal middle frame design, providing two colors of nebula blue and starry black. The screen size is 6.3 inches, the resolution is 2280×1080, the screen aspect ratio is 19:9, and the screen ratio is up to 90.4%. Thus, in terms of appearance, the V11 and its sibling can compete with any top-notch model. Besides the drop screen design, they also come with a gradient back color. Both are trendy nowadays.

The next selling point of the V11 and V11i is the camera. They sport a 16MP + 5MP rear camera, while the front lens has a resolution of 25MP. It supports faceless recognition without a light source.
According to the official introduction, the VIVO V11 series has seven AI functions, including AI auto portrait composition, AI backlight photo, AI smart face, AI dim mode, AI selfie light effect, AI scene recognition, etc. VIVO V11 series supports 18 scene recognition and added Google Lens function, which allows it to automatically identify the shot objects and present relevant information.
As for hardware, the VIVO V11 series is equipped with the MediaTek Helio P60 processor. But if the VIVO V11 is equipped with a 6GB memory, the V11i is equipped with a 4GB memory. Although, both are equipped with a 128GB storage, a 3315mAh battery capacity, and run on Android 8.1 system.
Finally, the VIVO V11 is priced at NT$11,990 ($388), and the V11i is priced at NT$9,990 ($324). They will go on sale tomorrow, on November 16.
