Earlier today, the Realme U1 was unveiled in India as the first smartphone to carry a MediaTek’s Helio P70 chipset. Furthermore, the device is being marketed as India’s Selfie Pro smartphone due to the presence of a 25MP Selfie-snapper. Few hours after the launch of the smartphone, a new video was uploaded in YouTube to tease some of the device characteristics.

The video focuses on the Realme U1 25MP shooter capabilities such as the India-customized AI Beauty+ mode and smarter “Groupfie” feature. The handset uses the Sony IMX576, which have been borrowed from the premium Oppo RX17 Pro and Oppo Find X.
The handset also comes with MediaTek’s 2018 all-or-nothing Helio P70 chipset and features a 6.3-inch FullHD+ display with an elegant waterdrop notch at the top. It will be available for purchase on December 5 for as low as $215.
