LG Starts Research on G7 ThinQ Bootloop Issues

The spectrum of the bootloop is back to the LG house, reportedly rendering a staggering number of LG G7 ThinQ units inoperable without a known cause as of now.

The last top of the range of the South Korean house appears to be afflicted according to what reported by various reports published by users on Reddit and the forum of XDA .

The problem is widespread and quite important considering the large number of complaints that emerged during the last weekend. Here is an example of a video recorded by a user.

As visible, the smartphone fails to complete the boot process by switching off and on again from time to time remaining in loop.

The simple fact that the various LG G7 ThinQs afflicted by the problem belong to the customers of the T-Mobile center in Europe (Germans, Dutch, Belgians, etc.) can reassure us.

However, LG has promptly launched an investigation into this, promising to shed light on the matter as soon as possible. These are the words of Jeroen Peeters of LG Benelux :

“We find it very annoying that these problems arise and for this reason we give top priority to look for the cause and provide a solution for which we are working both in Korea and in Europe”.
