Three months ago, Sony had launched the Xperia XZ3 and last week CAD renders had revealed that the company is planning to launch the Xperia XZ4. The leak suggested that the new phone is expected to sport a triple camera on the back and may appear 6.5” tall.
Although previously the leaked video demonstrated that the phone will feature a notch and will not support 3.5 mm audio jack port. However, now a leak suggests that the phone will come with a super tall 21:9 display, created by LG and will also support 3.5 mm jack.
Gizchina News of the week
The leak comes from a tipster well known by the name ‘IceUniverse’ and has published Xperia XZ4 specs on his Weibo account which indicates that the upcoming phone will come in a 6.55-inch full-HD+ resolution and is powered with Snapdragon 855 SoC. The SoC will be coming with a 5G modem and an enhanced AI performance.
The phone is expected to arrive in a 6GB RAM variant with 256GB inbuilt storage capacity. The leaked specs do not reveal the pixels of the camera, however, it does suggest that it will boast triple sensors with the main sensor bearing a 1/2.3-inch size at the back with OIS support and at front, it will sport a wide-angle selfie shooter. The device is anticipated to be fueled up with a 3,900mAh battery. Even though these specs are not concrete proof but we expect Sony to raise the curtains from their next phone very shortly.
