The Elephone A5 is now officially out and it’ll start selling on AliExpress today, December 17th. The smartphone is available at a discounted price for a limited number of units, so if you’re interested you should head over to the store and place your order now.
Before that though, you might be interested in learning the hardware this mid-ranger packs, so let’s start with that.
The Elephone A5 features a quite large 6.18-inch FHD+ 2246×1080 pixel display with the trending notch at the top, meanwhile under it we find some pretty impressive hardware going from the MediaTek Helio P60 processor to the 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable).
The smartphone then packs an insane number of cameras for a total of 5. Three are on the back and have 12MP+5MP+0.3MP, while at the front we find two 20MP and 2MP snappers.
Elephone’s A5 does come with the trendy gradient back cover design, beneath which we find a 4000mAh battery. The phone runs Android 8 Oreo out of the box and it can be unlocked via the fingerprint scanner at the side or via Face Recognition.
