Meitu V7 and Meitu V7 Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition Launched

Today, Meitu officially announced the Meitu V7 through its official Weibo channel. This handset is packed with a Snapdragon 845 processor, a front camera of 12MP night mode camera + 20MP ultra clear lens + 8MP blur lens design. This handset is priced at 4,799 yuan ($695). Apart from this, there has been the special variant, namely the Meitu V7 Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition. The 8GB+256GB version is priced at 8,888 yuan ($1287), while the 8GB+512GB model is priced at 10,888 yuan ($1576).

In terms of color variants, the standard Meitu V7 is available in Cabernet Orange and Dream Green. The Meitu V7 Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition differs in terms of configuration only.

As said, the phone is packed with a Snapdragon 845 flagship processor, which is paired with an 8GB of RAM and three options of native storage, including 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. Apart from this, it uses a front-mounted fingerprint reader and supports MT flash charging. The battery has a 3400mAh capacity.

Of course, this brand is focusing on photography, and the Meitu V7 is no exception. We have already mentioned this smartphone uses a triple-camera module on the front. The 12MP+20MP+8MP camera supports AI dark face capture function. The rear camera supports super LCD and OIS+EIS dual image stabilization.

As the name suggests, the Meitu V7 Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition is jointly launched with the luxury brand, Tonino Lamborghini. It uses the Italian flag colors of red, green, and white. The back is also decorated with carbon fiber and the Lamborghini logo. There are a special leather case and a custom selfie remote control.

Tonino Lamborghini is the son of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of the global luxury sports cars brand Lamborghini. Unlike it, Tonino Lamborghini is a luxury brand of watches, smartphones, headphones, sunglasses, and apparel.

The Tonino Lamborghini brand is different from the Lamborghini brand logo. Although the bull icon is used, the Tonino Lamborghini brand logo is red, the bull is silver, while the sports car brand Lamborghini logo is black and the bull is golden.

The Meitu V7 phone will officially open for pre-sale on December 24, and will officially begin sales on January 9, 2019.
