Moto G7 Series expected to launch in Brazil in early 2019

The Moto G7 family could be the first smartphones expected from Lenovo owned Moto in the early days of 2019. We have already seen significant leaks of all four devices that are expected to make up the family.

While we are yet to officially see an official invite from the Lenovo owned company, a new report from Brazil has it that the company will once again be holding a big product event in the month of February before the MWC kicks off.

Like it had done for up to three generations of the Moto G series, Motorola will once again hold the G7 family launch event in Brazil so as to further consolidate the good reception it has received in the past few years in the country. While the G series might not be Motorola powerhouse, the series has helped the manufacturer double its Brazilian market share to 18%.

While previous leaks, renders, and information from various certification bodies suggest the Moto G7 will come in four variants with styles of notched displays, a recent intel from  Evan Blass suggests there could be a 5th variant that could be exclusive to Cricket. Dubbed the Moto G7 Suprathe said variant could launch as a rebadged Moto G7 Power or the Moto G7 Play exclusively on the Cricket network.

Motorola hasn’t confirmed anything at this point, though we have a handful of leaked renders and specs obtained from various certifying bodies which you can check here.
