Honor V20 with Kirin 980 to sell again tomorrow for 2999 Yuan ($437)

Honor, a sub-brand of Huawei closed its 2018 with the launch of Honor V20 flagship smartphone in Beijing, China. Today, the company announced that the second round of sale will take place tomorrow at 10:08 am. The 6GB+128GB version will sell for 2999 Yuan ($437) while the 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB variants will sell for 3499 yuan ($510) and 3999 yuan ($583) respectively.

Honor’s innovative use of the on-screen 25MP camera design increases the appeal of this device. According to the official introduction, the Honor V20 front camera area aperture of 4.5mm is the smallest in the industry. It is also equipped with Link Turbo, Honor’s new full network acceleration technology. It can intelligently select the appropriate network for critical data distribution to ensure the timely application of network requirements. It also allows users to send and receive data simultaneously on Wi-Fi and cellular networks, ensuring low latency of critical data.

The Honor V20 uses 6.4-inch full screen. It is equipped with the Kirin 980 processor coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. It comes with a single rear 48MP (Sony IMX586) sensor + 3D ToF stereo lens.  The lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 4000 mAh battery which supports 4.5V/5A super fast charge. In addition, the Honor V20 is equipped with GPU Turbo 2.0 technology. This is a soft and hard graphics acceleration technology that improves the performance of mobile GPUs. It opens up the EMUI operating system and the processing bottleneck between the GPU and the CPU.
