CHUWI Ubook is about to be launched at the crowd-funding platform: Kickstarter. Now, you can register to the mailbox on CHUWI’s official website to get a 25% super early bird discount when it goes online.

The CHUWI Ubook adopts an U-shaped kickstand similar to HP Spectre X2. Compared with Surface Go, the U-bracket of CHUWI Ubook is designed to maximize the solidness and it supports stepless adjustment.

As it can be seen in the photo, the CHUWI Ubook packs various ports, plus it supports the docking keyboard and Windows 10 operative system.

Gizchina News of the week

Specs wise, the CHUWI Ubook is equipped with a 11.6-inch FHD screen, 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM, a 30.4Wh battery and an Intel® Core™ M3 processor.

The most surprising on the CHUWI Ubook is the amount of storage though, coming with a whopping 1TB SSD  Currently on the market, exception made for Apple’s iPad Pro with 1TB storage option, other models such as Microsoft Surface Go and HUAWEI MateBook E have only 128GB or 256GB storage options, so CHUWI is actually leading on the Windows side.

According to official reports, CHUWI Ubook is going to be priced below $400, which makes it much cheaper than Apple’s iPad Pro and many other 2 in 1s.

I think I just found the tablet to get to my girls that won’t make me broke overnight… lol. The specs are very nice for the price point which I am sure you can imagine is the keep issue for me. After all I have 4 near-teen girls and I can’t share the tv enough without breaking up fights. The launch is just around the corner so I guess I can wait

Got to say, I did not think you could get a 128GB storage tablet with these specs at this price point, seems like this company has become more aggressive in the marketplace. But that’s good news for folks like me that can’t afford more mainstream brands
