Since the beginning of the new year, there have been reports of Vivo launching a V15 Pro, the successor of V11 Pro, in India. Today, those reports have been backed by an exclusive report from 91mobiles that the Vivo NEX has been discontinued in the country to prepare for the arrival of the new upper-mid range product.
As per the report, Vivo wants to clear out the stock of the Vivo NEX as the V15 Pro will also feature a pop-out selfie shooter similar to the one on the Vivo NEX. The handset received some fresh discount prior to being discontinuation selling for as low as Rs 33,000 ($470) after being sold originally for Rs 44,990.

Previous reports have also hinted that the device will feature a new 32MP selfie shooter making it the first handset to do so. Moreover, it will continue using an in-screen fingerprint reader along with the Vivo V15.
As regards the price, the Vivo V15 Pro is expected to be priced between Rs 26,000 to Rs 30,000 ($425) and the V15 will be under Rs 25,000 ($350 approx). The new device will be announced by the end of February, as per the report.
