There are 10 names recently registered by Honor at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and behind them could hide a new Android smartphones.
Unfortunately, the database of the European Union Intellectual Property Office does not give us any other details besides the name and there are no guarantees, therefore, that actually all 10 registered trademarks will actually be used by the Chinese manufacturer.
Among the smartphones that should be launched in the coming months it seems almost certainly Honor 20, the successor to Honor 10 and among the brand names registered by the manufacturer there could also be a special version of this device (ie 20C).
Gizchina News of the week
The Honor 20 will probably arrive in either May or June, and we did not really see any proper rumors or leaks when it comes to this phone. Thanks to the Honor 10, View20, and sheer logic, we can assume what to expect out of the device. The Honor 20 will probably resemble the View20 in terms of the design, quite a bit.
The phone is expected to sport a display with camera hole, and thinner bezels than the Honor 10. The Honor 20 will probably sport a larger display than its predecessor, the Honor 10 included a 5.84-inch display, and the Honor 20 may go up to 6 inches, unless Honor opts to keep that display at 5.84 inches, which may not be a bad idea as it would make the device even more usable with one hand than the Honor 10 was, due to a thinner âchinâ.
Difficult, however, make predictions regarding the other nine names (30A, 40A, 50A, 20C, 30C, 40C, 20X, 30X, 40X and 50X), which should still be related to high-end smartphones.
To learn more we will have to wait for official informations from the Honor team (the Mobile World Congress 2019 is now around the corner) or some rumors.
