Avenir Telecom, under exclusive licence from Energizer®, is adding four brand new hard-wearing models of waterproof 3G & 4G feature phones to its HardCase range. The company is building on its technical know-how in the fields of durability and long-lasting performance by offering a series of phones boasting the KaiOS operating system, optimised for the latest generation of smart feature phones.
Mobiles designed to take what life throws at them
Characterised by their resistance to the most extreme conditions, the four new HardCase mobile phones are in line with Energizer’s® DNA, renowned for their long lasting products.
The HardCase H241, H242, H242S (4G) and H280S (4G) phones are built from carefully selected robust materials. They conform to IP68 standards as they are waterproof to depths of 1.2m, as well as protected from total dust ingress. Their reinforced housing allows the devices to tolerate falls and shocks to give users extra peace of mind.
Users will love the phones’ original design, encompassing a sporty look finished with solid materials, and a mix of textures and functionalities. Beside the aesthetic appeal, this design ensures a good grip in a range of circumstances (wet, dusty hands etc.).
All of the phones in the range are compact enough to fit easily in the user’s pocket, while the ergonomic HardCase H242 (3G) and H242S (4G) flip phones measure only 6.5cm in length once folded.

KaiOS: the high-performance operating system
The innovative KaiOS operating system is a key feature of the four feature phones. This light operating system is optimised to bring the essential features of a smartphone to mobiles at a low cost. It supports advanced technologies (4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS…) and allows access to a number of pre-installed applications in the KaiStore such as Google Maps, YouTube and Facebook.
