Redmi is all set to launch its third smartphone and the successor to the Redmi Note 7 in China in the next few days. We have known all along that the device dubbed the Redmi Note 7 Pro could be dropping soon, and now our suspicion has been doused by the company itself.
Confirming the Redmi Note 7 Pro and the launch date, Redmi President Lu Weibing via a Weibo post revealed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro would be launched in China next week. What “NEXT WEEK” means at this point, is only known to the guys at Redmi given that next week is a transition between February and March, but we are hopeful the company will drop more hint on when it will precisely announce the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Previously, Lu Weibing, Redmi president, revealed on Weibo that the Note 7 Pro will be unveiled after the release of the Xiaomi Mi 9, so we are not really surprised at the recent revelation.
