Today, the president of Xiaomi said that the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE may be the last small screen flagship smartphone that the company will ever make. He added; “I don’t know if this way we can arouse the user’s desire to buy…”. Xiaomi is more interested in the acceptance of the smartphone and it appears that the Mi 9 SE has not generated as much traffic as the company expected.
Lin Bin further explained “As the smartphone industry gets advanced, flagship series requires more from display size, battery, performance, photography and other aspects. With the arrival of 5G technology, small display flagships are becoming increasingly harder to market. We invested a lot of energy and time on the Xioami Mi 9 SE to ensure that it is thin, light, beautiful and solid”.
