Huawei will be holding an event on March 25 in China where it will announce the Huawei Enjoy 9s and Enjoy 9e. The latter has leaked today, ahead of launch, few hours after specifications and images popped-out for the former.
Judging by the pictures of the Huawei Enjoy 9e it looks very similar to the Enjoy 9s, except by the fact that it has a bigger chin with Huawei’s logo at the bottom. The new handset will be offered in at least three color options – Brown, Blue, and Black. However, the Brown variant has a different style that mimics a leather texture. (Hello, Galaxy Note 3.)

Just like the 9s, this new leak also reveals some key specifications for the upcoming handset. According to it, the Huawei Enjoy 9e will be powered by Helio P35 Octa-Core chipset paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of Storage, that could be further expanded via a microSD card. The handset will sport a 6.08-inch display with 720 x 1560 HD+ resolution and 70% coverage of the NTSC color space and a teardrop notch at the top.
On the camera department, the handset will be driven by a single 13MP f/1.8 camera sensor, the selfie lovers will get an 8MP f/2.0 shooter. The handset will be fueled by a 3,020mAh battery and there’s no sign of a fingerprint scanner, suggesting that it will only come with Face Unlock feature. There’s no mention about the version of Android that the device will come, but we hope that it comes with Android 9 Pie and EMUI 9 running atop, however, there’s still chance of an outdated 8.1 Oreo coming in the package.
