We told you a couple of days ago that the Chinese smartphone maker OPPO could be announcing a certain OPPO A1K entry-level smartphone in the days to come, and also brought your way a few of the device detail specs and features as obtained by Mysmartprice. A new report that has just emerged confirms the existence of the device hinting at near launch date.
The OPPO phone dubbed the OPPO A1K with model number CPH1923 has just secured approval from the NBTC body in Thailand, with no single bit of details, even though a previous leak already whetted our appetite in that regards.
Mysmartprice in an exclusive report last month had hinted that the OPPO A1K will hit the stores in Red and Black colors, while it will arrive parading a simplistic design with a waterdrop notch display, and a single rear camera. The device will come in at 154.4 x 77.4 x 8.4mm and weigh 165 grams which suggest we could be dealing with a device with as large as 6.0-inch or slightly larger display.

On the flipside, the OPPO A1K is tipped to come fitted with a single camera, and like you can see, there is no mention of a fingerprint sensor, and given that the OPPO A1 had no fingerprint sensor, we presume the rumored A1K has no form of biometrics, or it could rely on a Face Unlock feature. It is expected to come with a 4,000 mAh battery, while it will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 SoC coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB RAM of storage.
The smartphone brand aside from OPPO AK1 is also working on a new flagship OPPO Reno that is expected to among other things come the SD 855 with support for a special liquid cooling.
