Following the launch of the Oppo Reno, Vivo announced and showed off the upcoming Vivo X27 Pro which will be pre-sold for 3,998 yuan ($600). The handset will be launched next week though, precisely at 10:00 on April 18th.
The Vivo X27 Pro uses a 6.7-inch full screen display with an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. This makes the X27 Pro the first full-screen mobile phone in China with this aspect ratio. Meanwhile the screen to body ratio top at 92.12%.
Apparently, the selling point of this new device is indeed the tall aspect ratio, which according to Vivo makes the smartphone packing a large 6.7-inch screen feel like a 5.5-inch phone in the hands.

In addition to the elongated design, the Vivo X27 Pro in White also uses a special colorful plating process to make every inch of texture look different, meanwhile the Black version is made through an a holographic process with the rear camera module set under the glass that covers the entire back of the phone.
Specs wise, Vivo’s X27 Pro is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 mobile platform, paired with 8GB of memory and 256GB storage.
Cameras comprehend a main 48MP Sony IMX586 shooter plus a secondary 13MP ultra wide-angle lens and a thing 2MP night vision camera. This can be used to snap photos in super night scene mode, super macro, star filter and other functions. Plus it can help preserve details in pictures with a strong backlight. Finally, we have a front 32MP pop-up selfie snapper and a large 4000mAh capacity battery.
