Xiaomi has launched its Mi 9 smartphone in February but the company had difficulty satisfying the great customer demand. The Chinese giant recently said that the company has developed a solution to increase its production and optimize the supply chain to meet the demand of the flagship smartphone.

Now the company claims to have managed to sell over 1.5 million Xiaomi Mi 9 units and to celebrate this milestone, the company has made three customized covers with the name of Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun in bright blue, red and yellow colors.

All three variants of the cover made for Lei Jun have the same design with the text “LEIJUN” and “Mr. LEI” in bold and white along with a black vertical strip on the left side of the cover.

Recall that Xiaomi Mi 9 is equipped with a 6.39-inch S-AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, Gorilla Glass 6 and in-display fingerprint reader. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and is available in 6 GB of RAM with 64 GB of storage memory and 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB of storage space.

The Xiaomi flagship is equipped with a triple rear camera with 48MP, 16MP and 12MP sensors and a 20MP front camera, while the pre-installed operating system is Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 interface. The smartphone includes a 3.300 mAh battery that supports 27 W fast charging and 20 W wireless charging.
