Yang Yuanqing said that Lenovo’s PC business has returned to the top in the world, with a market share of over 39% in China. In addition, the mobile business has returned to profitability and has squeezed into the top ten in the market. In terms of investment, in the past year, Lenovo has invested in 21 companies, withdrew from six investment projects and contributed more than $100 million in profits.
“I have always firmly believed that we do not need to follow, what we should do is to grasp our own strengths and abilities, grasp the pulse of the times, and open up a unique path suitable for Lenovo. The south slope of Mount Everest is not the route to climb the mountain…” Yang said.
