Meizu is preparing to unveil the Meizu 16s flagship on April 23. We already know that this new handset will be a piece of flagship-hardware with the Snapdragon 855 leading the show, and 8GB of RAM for multi-tasking purposes. The handset will count with minimal bezels and a 48MP main camera. The handset was spotted in AnTuTu with an impressive 374,190 score, which puts it slightly above other flagships such as Xiaomi Mi 9, and Huawei P30 Pro.
Today a new pop-up video surfaced at Weibo from the very same Meizu engineer who leaked the benchmark score and it looks every bit as impressive. The Flagship smartphone manages to open 20 apps in just 99 seconds. The test consisted of two opening rounds, to also show that the device is capable of handling at least 20 apps in the background without running out of memory and without compromising the overall performance.

Sadly, it’s impossible to have a glimpse of the final design of the Meizu 16s through this leaked footage. The phone itself is covered by a white protective case that purportedly hides the overall look. The 16s is expected to come in White, Black, and Gradient Blue colors with a $505 price tag. With the launch of the new handset settled for the next Tuesday, April 23, keep an eye in the upcoming news for the new flagship kid on the block.
