vivo Y17 with a 5000 mAh battery released in India


Today, Chinese manufacturer, Vivo, released the Vivo Y17 smartphone in India. This smartphone comes with Rs.17,990 ($259) price tag and it is available for pre-order on a couple of offline stores across India. The Vivo Y17 is the first smartphone in the Y series to come with the triple rear camera setup.

This smartphone comes with a 6.35-inch waterdrop screen and the display resolution is 720 x 1544 pixels. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In the camera department, we have a triple rear camera setup on this one. It features a 13MP+8MP+2MP camera configuration on the rear which is vertically aligned with the LED flash beneath the cameras. For selfies, Vivo used a 20MP shooter on the Vivo Y17.

This smartphone runs on FunTouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie depth customization and it also comes with a massive 5000 mAh battery with 18W Dual Engine Fast Charging support. Other features on this smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, FM, and USB-OTG.
