According to the news, Huawei and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia signed the above agreement in Beijing on April 28, which will allow the development of 5G networks to improve the speed of the mobile Internet and optimize the quality of digital connections. In Southeast Asia, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia have partnered with Huawei to develop 5G networks.

A Cambodian spokesperson said that 5G will increase the speed of the network to more than 1 GB/s. As of now, the 5G network has not fully matured. In fact, there are only a handful of devices that can support 5G networks. However, it is expected that by next year, there will be a proliferation of 5G technology and advanced countries will be fully utilizing the network.
