Today, Oppo K1 opened a price reduction promotion on Jingdong Mall. Recall that this smartphone was released in October 2018 and it came with a 1599 yuan ($231) price tag for the 6GB + 64GB version. Subsequently, the company reduced the price of this smartphone to 1399 yuan ($202). Now, Jingdong’s recent promo has further reduced the price of this smartphone by 150 yuan ($22) and it is currently selling for 1249 yuan ($180). The recent Oppo K1 price reduction makes it the cheapest smartphone with an on-screen fingerprint sensor.

The Oppo K1 comes with a 6.4-inch waterdrop with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 and the screen ratio is 91%. The rear uses a 3D gradient body and it is available in two colors – Van Gogh blue and Mocha red. This is one of the few mid-range smartphones that comes with an on-screen fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor and its lights are kept on by a 3600 mAh battery.

In the camera department, the Oppo K1 comes with a 25MP selfie camera which comes with some optimization. With the new AI beauty algorithm, you can personally analyze face information in milliseconds. On the rear, this device comes with a 16MP + 2MP dual AI camera. On the software end, this device comes with a ColorOS system based on Android 8.1 depth customization.
