The Asus ZenFone Max (M2) was originally released with Android Oreo, however, the Taiwanese company promised to provide an Android Pie update shortly after the release. The rollout of Android Pie started back in the last month, however, its availability was limited to India. Now the company is expanding the rollout.
From today all the units of the smartphone 2018 with the ZB633KL moniker will be eligible for the Android 9 Pie update. That includes the Adaptive Battery feature, New User UI, New Settings Menu, More control over notifications, Digital Wellbeing and Gestures.
