Only a few hours are left until the debut of Oppo K3, the new mid-range of the Chinese brand equipped with a retractable selfie camera. The company has already confirmed most of the specifications (and design) and now the first hands-on images are coming, complete with a pop-up module in action.
The device is shown in all its glory in a series of live images, which show us both the back and the display on. The Ambient Display mode is also present, while for the smartphone outlet the use of an ID sensor integrated in the 6.5-inch OLED panel is foreseen, a sixth generation solution offering improved performance by 28.5%.
The almost official Oppo K3 features a Snapdragon 710, with memories up to 8/128 GB (LPDDR4X and UFS 2.1 respectively). The package is completed by a 3765 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 charging and a Type-C port.
On the back cover – in the Nebula Purple coloring – there is space for a dual camera, presumably 16 + 2 mega-pixels with an f/1.7 aperture. For the sale price, a teaser suggests that the device will cost 1099/1999 yuan, equal to about 160/290$.
