The Redmi K20 will be official on May 28 in China and there’s a lot we know about the phone. That, however, doesn’t include its price but that’s starting to leak now. A leaked (official-looking) poster on Weibo shows the price of all the variants of the Redmi K20 Pro handset. Now, the Pro version has thus far been off the radar and this is the first instance we’ve been seeing of its prices. Do note that this is just a leak and it’s always better to take such leaked information with a fair amount of scepticism.
Gizchina News of the week
If this ends up being legit, the Redmi K20 Pro will start at 2,599 Yuan for the base 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage ($376). This is also the pre-sale price of the K20 which is listed on —. This is a bit confusing and one more reason to be sceptical of the leaked poster. The 6GB + 128GB version will cost 2,799 Yuan ($405), and the top specced 8GB + 128GB version will retail for 2,999 Yuan ($434).
The poster also shows the specifications of the handset like the Snapdragon 855 SoC, 48MP primary camera, 4,000mAh battery. Earlier today, the company also teased Hi-Res Audio (HRA) for the handset which will give a quality audio experience to users.
