Lenovo-owned Motorola earlier this month launched its first smartphone to feature a hole-punch display, and also brings a lot of firsts for Motorola in many different aspects. The device was however expected to launch alongside the rumored Motorola One Action, that never happened, and there appears to be no sign it will any soon.

While the company has yet to comment on the One action, a new leak from the web suggest that yet a new device is in the offing.  The leak comes courtesy of leakster Evan Blass (aka @evleaks)  who was first to reveal the One Vision and One Action earlier this year, and while there are no detail of the new leak, the leakster reveals that a new Motorola One Pro is also in the pipeline, and could be launching later this year, perhaps alongside the One Vision.

Though nothing’s been confirmed, the leaked moniker could suggest the supposed Motorola One Pro will launch as the most powerful member of Motorola’s new Android One family, and could mark the first time the brand will be adopting the Pro moniker. We will definetely get more details about the One Pro from Blas before it goes official.

Gizchina News of the week

Speaking of the Motorola One Vision that launched earlier this month, it is the first phone from the Lenovo owned company to ditch the screen notch for a full-screen experience wit a hole-punch display similar to the Galaxy S10 series and a series of other Huawei and Honor smartphones. What is more, it is also the first in Motorola’s lineup to adopt a 21:9 display similar to the Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus. It gets a 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup, and for the first time, the firm is ditching the Qualcomm Snapdragon or MediaTek processor for Samsung’s Exynos -precisely the mid-range, octa-core Exynos 9609 processor.

It has only been launched in Brazil, and expected to roll out to Mexico, and Latin America in the coming weeks. And over here in China, the Motorola One Vision will reportedly launch as the Motorola P50 in the coming weeks.
